Dandara - 14 storey apartment block

A challenge for Stuarts Screeding - casting screed floors high up in a busy city centre location with fourteen storeys to complete, and limited access.

Engaged by Dandara, Stuarts Screeding were involved with the construction of phase two of the prestigious Spectrum apartments project in Manchester city centre.

Installing an acoustic material topped with a flowing screed to an area of more than13,000m², achieving outputs of up to 600m² per day. Working direct for the main contractor, project manager on site to resolve any issues quickly, and ensure all the programme targets are met.

Stuarts were involved at an early stage - adding value by installing both the screed and acoustic barrier providing a superb product and at a competitive cost
