Holiday Lodges Rosliston Forestry Centre

Stuarts have recently completed the screed floors in a number of timber-framed lodges on the site.

The builder initially asked for sand and cement screed 75mm thick, over insulation and floor heating.

With agreement, the insulation was increased to 100mm thick, with flowing screed at a thickness of just 50mm over the Underfloor heating pipes - a project saving of 20% against our original quotation
