Flowing Screed

Screed C is intended for use in all types of interior, non wearing floors and can be used to advantage in both new build and renovation work. It is intended for use in bonded, unbonded or floating construction.

Screed C is used primarily in the interior of buildings where a subsequent floor finish is to be applied. With an excellent crushing resistance, Screed C Steel is suitable for use in category A-C environments as defined in BS 8204-1:2003. Product supplied in accordance with BSEN 13813.

  • No vibration - surface finish: Self-placing properties can assist in acheiving high levels of surface tolerance.
  • Ready in 24 hours: Foot traffic typically in 24 to 48 hours. Partitions can be erected a minimum of 7 days after installation.
  • Reduced labour: Quick and easy to install, up to 1000m² per day with a team of 4 people.
  • Additional treatment: Once installed, the product is cured with an appropriate curing agent. Once set the product is unaffected by wetting.
  • Reduced Thickness: Reduced thickness to that of traditional screed (40mm minimum is recommended). Joints are required to achieve optimum performance.
  • Product Compatibility: Compatible with all flooring products which can be used by sand/cement screeds
  • Floor finishing: Possible to bond most floor-covering materials.
